WASHINGTON, D.C., June 3, 2026 — The board of directors of the Federal Agricultural Mortgage 
Corporation (Farmer Mac) has declared a dividend on Farmer Mac’s recently issued 6.875% Non
Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series I (NYSE: AGM.PR.I) (the “Series I Preferred Stock”). The 
dividend of $0.2769097 per share of Series I Preferred Stock is for the period from but not 
including May 19, 2026 (the issuance date) to and including July 17, 2026. This preferred stock 
dividend will be payable on July 17, 2026, to holders of record of the Series I Preferred Stock as 
of July 1, 2026. Farmer Mac’s board of directors had previously declared dividends on the 
company’s three classes of common stock (Class A, Class B, and Class C) and five other series 
of outstanding preferred stock (Series D, Series E, Series F, Series G, and Series H), which was 
announced on May 13, 2026.
