Farmer Mac periodically issues Mortgage Backed Securities backed by either Farmer Mac I loans or Farmer Mac II loans.
Farmer Mac files its 10-Q and 10-K financial reports with the SEC. 10-Q reports are typically filed 40 calendar days after the end of a quarter and 10-K reports are typically filed 75 calendar days after the end of the calendar year. In addition, Farmer Mac files a variety of other reports with the SEC at various times.
Farmer Mac typically issues an earnings press release the day it files 10-Q and 10-K SEC financial reports. Each earnings press release is normally followed by an investor conference call.
